GOLO Logistics Partner — Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before registering or providing logistics services through the GOLO Logistics platform.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration for and use of the GOLO Logistics Partner application and related logistics services made available through the Golo Logistics platform (“Platform”). The Platform is operated by Keren Edge Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Golo Logistics”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By registering for an account, selecting “I Agree”, or using the Platform after being presented with these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood them and agree to be bound by them, subject to applicable law.
2. Eligibility and Registration
You must meet the minimum legal age and other eligibility requirements applicable to the services you perform. You must provide accurate, complete and current information and submit documents reasonably required for identity, contact, vehicle, licence, bank-account or other applicable verification.
You are responsible for keeping your account information and required documents current and valid. You must promptly notify Golo Logistics of material changes. Golo Logistics may verify submitted information and may restrict access where information is materially inaccurate, incomplete, expired or cannot be verified.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise. You must promptly report suspected unauthorised access, account compromise or misuse to Golo Logistics.
You must not impersonate another person, create accounts using false information, or allow another person to use your account unless Golo Logistics has expressly authorised it in writing or through the Platform.
4. Partner Responsibilities and Conduct
You must act honestly, professionally and with reasonable care while using the Platform and performing accepted assignments. You must comply with applicable laws, road-safety requirements, lawful instructions, and reasonable Platform policies.
You are responsible for maintaining any legally required driving licence, vehicle registration, permits, insurance and other authorisations applicable to your activities. You must use suitable equipment and take all precautions to protect goods entrusted to you.
You must treat customers, merchants, other partners and Golo Logistics personnel respectfully. You must promptly report material delivery issues, safety incidents, suspected fraud, loss, theft or damage through the designated support channel.
5. Goods, Loss and Damage
You must take reasonable care of goods while they are in your custody and must not open, misuse, substitute, tamper with, retain without authorisation, or misappropriate them.
If goods are lost, stolen, damaged, tampered with or otherwise affected while in your custody, you must notify Golo Logistics promptly and cooperate reasonably with an investigation. Responsibility for any claim will be assessed based on the circumstances, available evidence, applicable law and the conduct of the relevant parties.
Any recovery, deduction or compensation must have a lawful and disclosed basis. Golo Logistics will provide a reasonable process for you to raise a dispute about a proposed charge or finding. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Delivery Earnings and Payouts
Eligible delivery earnings, applicable incentives and the basis for calculating them will be communicated through the Platform or a separate payout policy. Incentives are subject to their stated eligibility conditions and are not guaranteed unless those conditions are met.
Payments will be made electronically to the verified bank account, UPI destination or other supported payment method registered to your account, according to the payout schedule communicated by Golo Logistics. Processing may be affected by bank or payment-provider delays, incorrect details, verification requirements or legitimate investigations.
You are responsible for providing accurate payout information and promptly reporting missing or incorrect payments. Golo Logistics may correct genuine calculation errors and make lawful, appropriately documented adjustments. Disputed adjustments may be raised through the designated support channel.
Tax withholding and reporting will be handled as required by applicable law. You remain responsible for your own tax obligations, subject to any statutory duties imposed on Golo Logistics.
7. Charges and Customer Payments
You must not demand or collect unauthorised charges, commissions, deposits or payments from customers or merchants. You must not divert Platform assignments or bypass Platform payment procedures contrary to Golo Logistics policy.
Any permitted exception involving cash collection or other payment handling must be expressly authorised by Golo Logistics and carried out according to the applicable instructions. You must never ask a customer for their UPI PIN, OTP, banking password or other confidential payment credentials.
8. Cancellations, Complaints and Disputes
You must comply with the applicable rules for cancellations, failed assignments, returns, complaints and delivery exceptions as communicated through the Platform or a separate operational policy.
You must provide truthful information and cooperate with reviews of complaints, payment disputes, suspected misconduct or delivery incidents. You may submit relevant evidence and request a review through the designated support channel.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited conduct includes fraud; theft or tampering; false delivery records; manipulation of location or status information; misuse of customer or merchant data; harassment, threats or discrimination; unauthorised account sharing; and any unlawful or unsafe activity.
Golo Logistics may take proportionate action where it reasonably believes that prohibited conduct or a material breach has occurred, subject to applicable law and any relevant review process.
10. Nature of Relationship
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these Terms do not by themselves create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture or authority to represent Golo Logistics. The legal nature of the relationship will depend on the actual arrangement and applicable law, and cannot be determined by this clause alone.
Each party's statutory rights and obligations remain unaffected. Any expenses, tax responsibilities, benefits or additional obligations will be governed by applicable law and any separate agreement.
11. Safety and Insurance
You must perform your activities safely and maintain any insurance required by law for your vehicle and activities. You must promptly report accidents, injuries, theft or other serious incidents.
Any insurance, accident assistance or other coverage offered by Golo Logistics will apply only if expressly confirmed in separate terms describing its scope, exclusions, eligibility and claim process. Using the Platform does not by itself guarantee insurance coverage.
12. Suspension and Termination
Golo Logistics may temporarily restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for suspected fraud, material breach of these Terms, safety concerns, account misuse, legal or regulatory requirements, or other legitimate platform-protection reasons.
Where appropriate and legally permissible, Golo Logistics will communicate the reason for a significant restriction and provide a channel to request review. You may request account deactivation through the available Platform feature or support channel.
Eligible and undisputed earnings accrued before deactivation or termination remain payable, subject to lawful adjustments, verification and any applicable dispute-resolution process.
13. Platform Availability and Changes
Golo Logistics will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or a minimum number of assignments.
Golo Logistics may update Platform features, policies and these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or another appropriate channel. Where required by law, Golo Logistics will obtain consent or provide notice before a change takes effect.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Golo Logistics is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from temporary Platform unavailability or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, statutory obligations, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
